Grande Colline Foundation has partipated grandly in the reconstruction of the church Notre Dame de l'Assomption of Meyer. Among all of our projects, the help given for the reconstruction of the church, was our priority. Praise the lord for that accomplishment!

It is with great excitement that we introduce to you GRANDE COLLINE FOUNDATION, INC.
GRAND COLLINE FOUNDATION, INC. was established in 2016 and is a 501 (C) (3) outreach nonprofit organization. We provide charitable and humanitarian contributions to the designated rural areas of Grand-Goave, Haiti and its surrounding neighborhoods, specifically the Fifth Communal Section. Grand-Goave is one of the oldest cities in Haiti and is located a few miles west of Haiti's capital, Port-au-Prince.
90% of Grand-Goave was destroyed by the earthquake of 2010, including Meyer and its surrounding areas. This has left many of its citizens in economic distress and some living in deplorable conditions. Although it has been eleven years since the devastation, Meyer has not fully recovered from the impact of the earthquake. Our main goal and objective is to partake in the reconstruction of Notre Dame Du Bon Conseil, which is the only Catholic Church in the town, and redevelopment of Meyer.
The estimated budget for this project is $275,000 US dollars and we are half way through reaching our target.
Below is a list of our future projects targeted for the organization:
- Construction of a recreational park and welcome center
- Community health fair, clean water project and building locals public restrooms
- Educational scholarships
- Literacy programs for adults
- Solar panel project
- Building funds for a local library
- Promotion of agriculture, farming and breeding of: poultry, goat, and pisciculture
- Establishing a micro-credit program for small business enterprises
- Redevelopment of roads and traffic signs
The ultimate objective of GRANDE COLLINE FOUNDATION, INC. is to provide the basic necessities to those in need and to make sure their full potentials are reached.
As you can imagine, the scope of our work is tremendous but yet rewarding ! Our goal is to raise these funds over the next few months in order to complete the first project and move on to the next one.
The foundation would like to request an annual contribution of $100 from each and every one of you in order to support this program that will make a meaningful difference in the lives of many. Your generous contribution will give us the jumpstart we need while we continue to implement our fundraising plan. We need the support of our members and our community, as well as, donors with a caring heart to help us reach our goal.
